By creating an account, downloading the app, or using BrainNova services,
you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of
these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
- Parent Accounts: Adults must create an account to manage their child's profile
- Child Profiles: Children's progress is tracked within parent accounts
- Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One Account: Each parent can create multiple child profiles
3. Content Usage
- All puzzles, questions, and educational content are the property of BrainNova
- Content is for personal, non-commercial use only
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission
- User-generated content (quiz answers) remains the property of BrainNova
📚 Educational Purpose: All content on BrainNova is designed
for educational and entertainment purposes for children aged 5-12.
4. Prohibited Activities
When using BrainNova, you agree NOT to:
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app's functionality
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate scores or rankings
- Share content that is inappropriate or offensive
- Impersonate other users or create fake profiles
⚠️ Warning: Violation of these terms may result in immediate
termination of your account without prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
- App Design: All code, UI/UX designs are owned by BrainNova
- Content: Puzzles, questions, and educational materials are proprietary
- Branding: Logo, name, and graphics are registered trademarks
- No Copying: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works
6. Level Progression Rules
- 100% Required: All answers must be correct to unlock next level
- 24-Hour Cooldown: Next level unlocks after 24 hours
- Weekly Winnerboard: Rankings based on levels completed and accuracy
- No Replays: Once a level is completed, it cannot be replayed
⏰ 24-Hour Rule: The cooldown is designed to encourage healthy
screen habits and give children time to absorb what they've learned.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- BrainNova is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for any technical issues on user devices
- Educational outcomes may vary based on individual child
